Trust AM have had the ability to go out and about for several years. Previous incarnations of the hospital radio station have appeared at events all over the area, using a series of caravans and even a shopping trolley.

Several years ago we bought the current roadshow vehicle, which is fitted out as a full mobile studio, with PA equipment, radio microphones and much more. It is often possible to broadcast live from the van via a radio link back to base.

The roadshow is available to hire for gala’s, festivals and other events. We already cover the likes of Bassetlaw Hospital League of Friends Fete, Worksop Festival, Retford Cricket Club Chairmans Day, Lions Intl. Doncaster Disabled Games, Woodsetts Gala, Retford CC Fireworks Night and more.

There is a need to arrange things, like staffing the event, promoting it on air, and sorting out what else is happening on and off stage. It helps if we can put things in the diary well in advance, a couple of months at least. Some of the events are booked a year in advance. We start planning the following years events in November.

We have a crew of exsperienced staff, who make up a full team of talented presenters, sound engineers and production assitants.The Trust AM roadshow crew can look after all aspects of your event from playing music, looking after on stage events, making announcements and everything else to make your event run as smooth and as professional as possible. On that note, we have also covered the annual Hangar Dance from North Notts Community Arena. This is a big 1940’s dance event, with a Big Band and 40’s style buffet. It is broadcast live on Trust AM and we provide the arena with presenters and sound engineers along with all of the front of house PA system.
